TAKING CARE OF YOUR
HYPERICUM COCO SERIES
Step 1
Fill containers with at least 10cm (4 inches) of fresh and cold water.
Step 2
Use floral food and mix in water to prevent bacterial growth and to add nutrients to the flowers.
Step 3
Using sharp scissors or a knife, cut the stems diagonally approximately 2cm from the bottom edge of each stem. This will create a fresh surface to absorb water.
Step 4
Immediately after cutting, place the stems in the plastic sleeve in the prepared water and allow flowers at least 4 hours to hydrate. Most of the flowers will take up to 8-12 hours to properly hydrate.
Step 5
Keep flowers in a cool, dark location, away from direct sunlight, drafts or excessive heat. Flowers should be kept at a temperature of 2-4 degrees Celsius (35-37 Fahrenheit).
Step 6
Change water every 24 hours and re-cut stems every 24-48 hours to keep flowers fresh. Make sure that your flowers have sufficient water. The flowers will drink an exceptionally large amount of water upon arrival.
